The space You will enjoy a spacious private outdoor area of 20 m2, quiet. Table, chairs, Chilean, electric barbecue... are at your disposal. * on the ground floor: a living room, a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dolce gusto coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner...), toilet, Ikea sofa bed * upstairs: - a double bedroom with 140/190 bed, wardrobe, dresser - a bedroom with single bunk beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and balcony - a bathroom with shower (hair dryer, ironing board, steam iron...) Other things to note Cleaning is not included in the rental price. It's up to you to do it. The apartment must be "returned" as it was when you arrival, also clean. Upon arrival, we ask for a deposit of 100 euros in cash, returned upon departure after the inventory. Linens, sheets, and bath towels are not provided in the rental. Important: The bed and sofa bed mattresses and pillows are all covered with a protective cover. You are asked not to remove them.
