Welcome to a cozy rustic-chic stay! At Home92 get to experience a yester-years high ceilinged spacious bedroom with an inbuilt kitchenette & attached balcony. Sanitary requirements entails an unattached private bathroom. Located in the 1st floor of my home with a separate entry in the heart of Sakchi, Jamshedpur. Few highlights blow- - Just 2.5 mins walking distance to Sakchi main market - Good connectivity and ease of public transportation access. - Easy accessibility to shops, restaurants etc. The space An entirely residential building on one of the main roads in Sakchi. The building was constructed approximately half a century back, well maintained to its current stature. Home92 segment has been very recently developed to cater to our guests exclusively from Airbnb. - High ceilinged spacious guest suite/bedroom located on the 1st floor - A built-in kitchenette with basic amenities. - An attached walk-in balcony - Unattached yet private bathroom -Shared access to the widest. - - Unattached yet private bathroom - Shared access to the widest view of the garden on the ground floor. pathways, stairways to and on the 1st floor till the stretch upto the provided guest suite. Amenities provided: - Furnished bedroom - A work corner set-up w/ sizable table and chair -Air-conditioner, -Cozy balcony with a sitout arrangement, has a sofa and side table - Built-in kitchenette has a Microwave oven, purified water, Hot kettle, crockery and cutlery. -Right to use bathroom toiletries. -Right to use Wi-Fi facility (provided on request) -Right to order food and beverages from outside and get it delivered to the main entry gate. -Right to use the shared stairway and pathway to first floor. Wish you a pleasant stay! Other things to note Responsibility of the Guest : -All people staying are to be declared with Govt ID proof while checking in. No unregistered guest are allowed. -No parties or events are allowed. -No pets allowed. -No unregistered Guest allowed in the property . -Assistence to guest is available from 10am to 10.30Pm .After which the person retires for the day . -Suitable for children under 12. -Please respect the noise curfew between 10pm - 7am. -Guests to enter the primesis by 10pm, in case of possible delay please contact the manager. -Please contribute towards saving energy by switching off the AC/ lights when not required. -Please respect the check-in and check-out timings.Kindly note and extra charge will be applicable per hour in case of delay. -Please do not rearrange furniture. -Please keep dishes inside the room after use and leave a text, by evening it will be collected . -Please take out your trash before you leave, in the morning . -No illegal substances allowed in premesis -Linen and towels will be changed every 3rd day of the stay- a small initiative to save water. -Additional guest charges will be applicable as per Airbnb portal. -Guests are expected to respect the designated premises outlined in the Airbnb listing and refrain from venturing into areas not specified.
