You will easily reach the Leeds City Museum with a small walk. Leeds Cathedral will be near you as well and with some planning, you can spend one day off and actually visit more than 3 of the famous museums and attractions while living here. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM. The space A 14m² en-suite room featuring a small double bed with under-bed storage, workspace, wardrobe, private bathroom and shared kitchen. During your stay During your stay, you will be assisted by the professional hosting agent Staykeepers Homes who will take care of your guest's journey. Other things to note Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking - in and checking-out outside the standard time is subject to availability and additional fees might apply: - check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00 - check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00 - check-in after 10 PM = £60. The minimum age for check-in is 18. I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply. Please note the following: The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirmation. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. This is a unit in a student accommodation building. You must not use any candles, incense sticks and oil burners on the property.
