Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, private guesthouse. This space sits on a small farm, surrounded by cherry orchards. Within 10 minutes of multiple wineries, spend the day wine tasting and come home to great views and beautiful sunsets. The space The guesthouse is detached from the main house and all other buildings on the property. There is the main entrance (front door) into the living room/ dining room and the patio entrance (side door) into the kitchen. It is complete with a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom, upstairs loft bedroom, and patio. Kitchen: complete with oven, stove, and microwave, and coffee pot. There is no dishwasher. Outfitted with basic dishes, silverware, oils, spices, and coffee. Dining Area: table and chairs for up to 4 people. Living Room: TV with fire stick. Access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. The WiFi router is on the TV stand. Internet info will be provided during check-in. The couch that can be pulled out into a twin bed. We can provide additional linens if needed. Bathroom: full bath with soaking tub and large shower. Towels and basic shower supplies provided. The bottom of the silver corner rack has two towels that can be used for pets. Bedroom: queen bed and enough space for an air mattress as well for an additional sleeping area. Equipped with a desk and book shelf with a incredible view of the mountain over the orchard for the perfect home office space. Hanging clothes rack and dresser provided. Laundry/Cleaning: the kitchen also has a stacked washer & dryer unit. Laundry supplies are on top of the unit. Please don’t forget to clean out the lint trap regularly. Cleaning supplies can be found underneath the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. Heating/ Cooling: There is a propane fireplace in the corner of the living room for heat and a wall AC unit. There is also an electric heater in the living room. Patio: The patio has a grill, outdoor table, and 4 chairs for perfect outdoor dining! Guest access Full space access. This is not a shared space rental. Other things to note If you choose to smoke, you are allowed to do so on the patio. Please never smoke indoors! To help avoid any residual smell in the guesthouse, please make sure all doors and windows to the guesthouse are closed while smoking and dispose of any trash from smoking directly into the large trash can in front of the barn.
