There is plenty of room to spread out and relax in the large great room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with queen beds and a trundle day bed, sleeping space with a queen bed, new deck, and a fire pit area. While in the country; you're still just minutes away from stores, restaurants, & entertainment. We are so happy to share this space with you! The 1,800 sq ft second floor loft is the perfect place to spread out and relax! The great room comes furnished with a La-Z-Boy sofa, La-Z-Boy oversized chair, arm chair, and a small bar height game table. There is a 50" Smart TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, family/board game collection, and a Bluetooth stereo. ****Since the loft is in the country we ask that you keep streaming to a minimum as our monthly data plan has a limit on 5G. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals; eating and cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, crock pot, Instapot, toaster, basic spices and oils, drip coffee maker, and k-cup coffee maker. There is a dining table for six. Down the hall from the kitchen, dining area, and great room is an extra sleeping space with a queen bed and love seat. This room is not fully private. One wall is a half wall. Feel free to plug in the twinkle lights to bring some sparkle to the space. There is one full bath in the hall towards the bedroom with a bathtub. The other bathroom is in the master bedroom has a stand-up shower. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and dresser. The master bedroom has a queen size bed as well and a day/trundle bed. I perfect spot for quiet peace. Off the master bedroom is the 20' x 12' brand new deck (pictures coming soon). The views of the neighboring farms is beautiful and relaxing. The loft even has a laundry room with a washer and dryer! You have access to the entire second floor loft and the 10 acre property. The downstairs of the barn is off limits to guests. Quiet country setting but close to fuel, restaurants, and grocery. There is a ton to do in the area! We are located halfway between Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY; the best of both worlds at your fingertips.
