About 1 hour from Jax airport, minutes from many trail heads, the Suwannee River, Big Shoals State Park, Stephen Foster State Park, fishing, Bienville Outdoors and 11 miles to Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park! The space Fall in love with this adorable 2 story house near the quaint little town of White Springs. Almost every weekend you can enjoy some kind of festival or activity downtown and miles of trails and parks to explore. In the house, there’s- 2 private bedrooms (one located on 1st floor for those who don’t like stairs) 2 full bathrooms (also one on 1st floor). Living area with comfortable leather reclining love seat and couch. Smart TV’s in every room Loft area with 2 twin mattresses, TV, DVD player, kids toys, games and books Little kid nook located in upstairs bedroom with a small mattress, pillows, and fun colorful lights. Full kitchen with all the necessities. We get you started with some complimentary coffee, tea and soaps. Large laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. 2 car garage. Patio with huge picnic table, plenty of seating, outdoor gas grill (propane provided) Fire pit, gazebo and 17 acres to explore! Watch the deer, turkey, all kinds of birds and other wildlife as well as flowering plants and trees. TVs are smart and WiFi is provided. Only 25 minutes to Lake City or Live Oak. About an hour from Jacksonville. The house next door is an Airbnb as well, known as Farmhouse Too. Rent both for total privacy and even more room! All additional pets are an extra $20 total (I’ll send a separate request for this if applicable). Child gate is installed and can be moved to the top or bottom of the stairs.
