Beautiful renovated finca in Cala Pi in Mallorca. Suitable for up to 6 people with a large heated pool and well-kept garden in the second line to the sea. The space The 210m2 house has 3 bedrooms, all are furnished with double beds and built-in closets. There are 2 bathrooms with large walk-in showers – one on each floor. In the upper bathroom we have two sinks. The proximity to the dream bay "Cala Pi" (about 10 minutes walk) allows a natural cooling in summer; in addition, air conditioners are available in all bedrooms, which can be used for heating in the cold months. A small supermarket and several cozy restaurants are within easy walking distance. Or make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofas in the living room with fireplace while watching TV (SmartTV), with a good book or while surfing the Internet (fiber 300 Mbit up & down). The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to prepare your favorite dishes and then the dishwasher will do for you. Food gets hot on the induction stove, oven or microwave. Of course, washing machine, ironing board and iron are also at your disposal. The green outdoor area is simply magnificent! Enjoy your breakfast on the furnished veranda or organize a barbecue evening at the 7 x 3 m saltwater pool. Really excel – sunbeds and parasols at your disposal. The property (640 sqm) is fenced, so that even the little ones can play in peace or simply use the small landscaped playground 50 meters away. On the upper floor, there are two large terraces from which you have a beautiful view, once in the direction of the garden and once towards green pine trees. In 2024, the ground floor (entrance, hallway, living room, and dining room) was newly tiled. AND we now have a pool heater installed to further extend the season.
