Fairgrounds, as well as several local parks, the library, YMCA, and our thriving downtown local businesses. The space We've completely renovated this house down to the studs and back again. Everything in this house is new - electric, plumbing, HVAC, tankless hot water heather, windows, flooring, doors, trim and baseboards. We tried to keep the charm and integrity of the house while adding fun finishes and a playful vibe for everyone to enjoy. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside the home. (This includes vaping and e-cigarettes as well as any other type of smoking.) Failure to abide by this rule will incur a minimum charge of $750 to cover the cost of cleaning and professional odor filtration. Guest access You're welcome to the whole house and backyard - *please note it is not fenced. We have a single car driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars if needed. There is no street parking allowed on Iowa. Other things to note We have a Pack-N-Play available at the house. There is no baby bedding provided - please bring a crib sheet and any blankets needed. There is a twin-sized ultra plush air mattress with built-in motor/fan for inflating/deflating. Bedding is provided with the air mattress.
