5 bedroom house and pool

We propose renting our family home in Bordeaux. We live there with our 4 children; so it is very well equipped (children's games ++) and we will leave everything at your disposal. The neighborhood is very quiet (avoid parties late at night, but not dinners by the pool of course!) Close to all amenities (downtown accessible by bike, bus, or even on foot for the bravest!), Bordeaux park next door, 1 hour from Lacanau Lake and the bay The space The house consists of a ground floor overlooking the garden, with living room and kitchen, 1 toilet in the entrance. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, including 2 or 3 double bedrooms depending on the composition of your group: On the 1st floor: 1 bed 160 1 single bed + mattress that can turn into a real comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm) 1 child bed + single mattress 1 bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet On the 2nd floor (air-conditioned rooms) 1 bed 140 1 bunk bed 1 bathroom with shower, single sink and toilet Other things to note Check-in after 5pm, check-out 11am. To be discussed together if changes are needed! The pool is very well secured thanks to its sliding terrace that is locked by latches + code padlocks. It can be heated if necessary (from May if the weather conditions are good and until September, to be discussed together!) Sheets & towels: Optionally, you can bring your own if you prefer. Package of €20/person. We count on our guests to take care of the house as if they were at home and to let us know if there is any damage. Cleaning: We offer everyone a cleaning fee of €100, corresponding to 5 hours of cleaning: it includes: Restoration after "normal" use of the house: Mopping and routine vacuuming throughout the house It does not include: removal of sheets, emptying of glasses and garbage cans, exceptional cleaning (stains, spilled products, excess dirt, moving of furniture). The garden must be returned in the same condition as it was at check-in, including cigarette butts! Exceeding 5 hours of cleaning will be deducted from the deposit at a rate of €25/h If you prefer, you can of course do the cleaning yourself by leaving the house in the same condition as when you arrived (we are neither maniacs nor negligent :) This house is our main residence, we will leave as much space as possible in the closets but our personal belongings will remain: we trust you to use only what you need.
