Ocean-Front Beach Bungalow

The Bungalow is a charming & relaxing Ocean-Front with white-water views, 2 bdrms, 1 bath, sleeps 4, kitchenette, large smart TV, great internet (Gigablast) Gorgeous sunsets (look for a "green flash"), close access down 109 stairs to the beach/beach trail or 1/4 mile drive to North Beach, 1 mile walk to pier, surfing ("204s"). Disclaimer: There was a hillslide behind the property, the property has been cleared as safe by a geologist. There is a safety fence, the pool & spa are non-operational. The space The Bungalow is charming and relaxing, but the reason for staying here is the unobstructed 180-degree ocean and white water views with no other property between you and the ocean! Watch the waves, surfers, dolphins, whales, boats and sunsets from the shared deck. The deck is shared with only one other attached unit, which is also available on Airbnb. Both units can be rented together (if available) for a total of 4 bedrooms. *Disclaimer: There was a hillside behind the property and part of the deck slid down the hill. The property has been inspected and cleared as safe by a geological engineer, there is a safety fence, and we have been granted occupancy by the city. Prices have been reduced accordingly. ( absolutely no public space is monitored) San Clemente Permit STLU-318708 Guest access Guests can enjoy the patio furniture on the deck as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards available for usage at the beach. There is a playhouse available for small children. Towels and linens are provided. The Bungalow is available to rent for 2 or more nights at a time. Other things to note The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig pod and grounds), stove and small oven, and blender. There is no a/c. But multiple fans are provided and the windows can be opened for the cool ocean breeze to come in. A monthly discount of 20% is available, and stays of 30 days or longer do not pay Short Term Occupancy Tax. The property is completely Non Smoking both inside the house and out on the deck. Smoking on the property (of any kind including vaping) or in the bungalow will result in a fee of $250.00. You may smoke on the street No pets allowed. $250 fine if a animal is found on the property during your stay. *We keep our units pet free for the future guest and their possible allergy concerns. If a dog is bought to the unit we have to have the carpets clean and the unit complete sanitized so we can offer a pet environment. Which also takes an extra day to prepare again for the next guests. Thus this is why the $250 pet fee is charged. No gatherings or parties are allowed. Guests must be 25 years old to book the property. There are 2 queen beds for sleeping.
