The park boosts 10 fishing lakes, set in over 150 acres close to the historic town of Chichester, other local places nearby to explore are Bognor Regis, West Witterings beach, Portsmouth, South Downs, Brighton, Arundel Castle, Pagham Nature Reserve, Chichester golf course Goodwood racecourse. This is a great place to unwind, relax and explore what West Sussex has to offer. Decorated in neutral tones and is extremely tastefully furnished, the lodge feels light, airy and welcoming, it has all you need so all you have to do is arrive with clothes and food. A fully equipped open plan kitchen, diner and lounge await you. Please note - in line with Park Holidays UK Ltd policy, no commercial vehicles are permitted on park. Should you be travelling in a commercial vehicle, they are to be parked outside the Sales office by the barrier. No smoking, vaping or any substance is allowed inside the property. no candles allowed. BBQ’s are not permitted. There are EV Chargers located in the car park by the entertainment complex. There is a £1.00 connection charge and the cost per KW is £0.55 24 hour park security On-site entertainment complex On-site heated swimming pool (indoor) The entertainment passes can be purchased at the sales office between 9am -5pm. Photo ID is required. For cost of passes, please refer to the guidebook on this platform Various supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away and companies deliver groceries to the property. An abundance of takeaways all deliver to the front off the Reception and guests are required to collect their order from there. There is also a minimart on the park.
