Small hallway, lIving room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom, free wifi and Amazon prime and Netflix on the telly in the room or for your laptops etc. Back entrance and locked shed to store bicycles overnight. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas except other bedrooms and are more than welcome to smoke in the garden. Smoking/drugs is strictly forbidden in the house. During your stay I will be available in the evenings and some days to help with any queries and available by email or on my mobile Other things to note Please contact me if some dates you require are unavailable if booking longer term as I sometime block out for things I’m attending but could accommodate a long term guest, also if you require different checking in or out times . Friendly King Charles Cavalier who lives with us as well named Bowie so unable to accommodate anyone who is allergic to dogs or doesn’t like dogs , he has no access to the guest room but he does have access to all other areas of the home
