Individual cottage for 9 persons without neighbours in the middle of the parc of 500 hct, with private swimming pool in the enclosed garden. 5 bedrooms - 7 beds (2 double and 5 single). Large parking, covered terrace, leisure lawn, table tennis. Pets not allowed. Internet. Activities: hiking, bike riding (the greenway) and fishing lake (black bass), kayak. The space Gîte of 180m², with, on the ground floor: an entrance with independent WC, a living room (TV, internet and sofa), a dining room (table, chairs, lounge area), an integrated kitchen (4 induction hobs , a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker) and a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) with its private bathroom (bathroom with shower and separate WC). The first floor has 4 bedrooms: A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed (90x190) share an independent bathroom (bath, sink, toilet). A family room divided into 2, with 1 double bed (160x190) and 1 single bed (80x180), a bathroom (shower, double sink and WC) Electric heating. Large car park in front of the gîte. Garden furniture, deckchairs, ping-pong table and barbecue (charcoal). The price includes: electricity, heating, internet. Guest access The entire house is reserved for you. Free access to the lake and the park. The swimming pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09 and depending on the good weather. It is not heated. Other things to note Bed linen (bedding) and towels are optional and available at an additional cost. Please make the request in your communications. When you leave: The kitchen area must be tidied up and cleaned, dishes clean and back in place, dishwasher emptied. All household trash must be placed in the container in front of the entrance to the estate and recyclable waste (glasses, cans, paper, plastic) in the containers of the municipality. Please bring your charcoal for the BBQ. There are several large stores within a range of 10km for your groceries.
