Stunning private mountain home in a lake community with all the modern amenities. This 2 story home boasts 2,200 sq. ft., 3 bdrm, 3 bath, 2 living rooms, and a large deck. The home features central heat & air, open kitchen/living concept with large island to gather around, along with wifi and smart TVs. This home is beautifully furnished and decorated with a vintage touch. Just a few minutes from the lake or golf course, and about 45 mins to the Yosemite gate. The space Our 3-3 vacation house sits on 1 acre with views of the mountains. The house can comfortably sleep up to 8 (even more if kids don't mind sleeping on the floor for a slumber party). Perfect for two families or a group of friends. We've had a blast with 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids). Upstairs features a couple couches, a couple sitting chairs, gas burning fireplace, dining area, kitchen, primary suite with master bath, and 2nd bedroom and bathroom. A crib, baby monitor, high chair and toys make traveling with small kids a bit easier. The upstairs opens up to a large gated deck with an umbrella and lounge chairs to take in the mountain scenery. Downstairs, you will find a second living space (we usually send the kids down to play while the adults hang upstairs), a 3rd bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and laundry. There is outdoor access from both levels (in the back from upstairs). You will find everything you need during your stay including games, puzzles and a fully stocked kitchen. Up to three cars can fit in the driveway. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire house. There are 2 locked owners closets for safekeeping. Pine Mountain Lake HOA has lots of amenities so there is a $50 per car (per week) fee charged by the HOA (this applies to all homes and other AirBnbs in the Pine Mountain Lake community) for security, maintenance, and access to the HOA amenities such as the lake, golf course, and archery range. The front gate will collect the fee for the Association when you first enter the community. Other things to note **During the winter months, please note the driveway is steep. If snowing during your stay, please consider a 4 wheel drive car or bringing chains. Snow clearing equipment is available at the house.** Cell phone reception may be spotty in the area, but the house does include high-speed internet. Please be sure to plan accordingly in case you find yourself in a dead zone. Please note, due to the high risk of wild fires, we do not have a BBQ grill at our house. Guests are allowed to use the grills at the beaches.
