Quiet, starting point for hikes and bike rides, 500 m from the Voie Verte, 10 min from Lake St Julien, 10 min from shops, petanque court 100 m away. The space => 1st part of the house: Ground floor: - living room/dining room with flat screen TV, table for 12 people (table for 8 people + extension for 4 people), sofa, armchair, ottoman. - Equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machines + filter coffee maker) kettle, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, raclette appliances...) - Laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with sink and toilet. Also Broom, Vacuum cleaner, Cleaning bucket... Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190), wardrobe, toy chest. - 2 bedrooms with a 160 X 200 bed in each bedroom + bedside tables and storage cabinet. - Large bathroom with single sink, storage - Separate toilet + hand wash basin => 2nd part of the house (communicating by door that can be locked, accessible only if + than 6 people booked) On the ground floor: bathroom/shower + single sink cabinet + toilet, 1 bedroom with 140 X 190 bed (No. 4) accessible only if 12 people booked. Upstairs: Large living room with 2 extra sofa beds of 110 x 170, cozy corner with bed of 140 x 190 + 2nd real mattress of 140 x 190 if necessary, coffee table, board games, flat-screen Smart TV + Netflix, floor cushion, bookcase, piano. => Either for the house in total: a living/dining room, 1 kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (3rd bathroom under renovation and therefore not usable at the moment following water damage), 4 toilets, laundry room. Quiet garden and not overlooked + garden furniture. Other remarks: - WIFI throughout the house with Wifi repeaters. Little 4G/5G network. Options to be paid on site if desired: - END OF STAY CLEANING PACKAGE: from €80 to €120. - BATHROOM AND HOUSE/BED LINEN: €16 per set for 2 people or €8 per set for 1 person, also includes 1 bath towel per person. - Note: access to the 1st part of the house (3 bedrooms) if 6 people booked, access to the 4th bedroom if 7/8/9/10 people booked, access to the 5th bedroom only if 12 people booked. Parties are FORBIDDEN. The accommodation is NON-SMOKING. Noise is PROHIBITED between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. The number of guests must be respected. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the rental will be terminated instantly. Guest access Access to all or part of the house depending on the number of guests booked. Please read the description carefully. Other things to note Free parking on site. Free Wi-Fi Exterior secured by camera (overlooking the entrance). Beds are to be made upon arrival and undone upon departure, refrigerator emptied, and trash cans emptied. Shower gel available. We provide toilet paper, paper towels etc. for short-term stays. Parties are FORBIDDEN. Pets are PROHIBITED. Smoking in the house is PROHIBITED. Due to numerous abuses, any excessive electricity consumption, beyond 80 kWh per day, will be charged at the regulated EDF rate. The number of guests with access to the accommodation must match the number of guests booked. Electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
