The space It is house 02 on the property, very quiet, with lawn, garden, a balcony with a hammock. Quiet and safe place. The house has: - 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – A double bed, a single bed, split air-conditioning and a place to store clothes. Bedroom 2 – A double bed, ceiling fan and a two-door wardrobe. - Extra single mattress (check availability); (both rooms with bed linens, pillows and blankets) - A bathroom with an electric shower. - Complete kitchen, has all the essential utensils (microwave, stove with oven, blender, air fryer and electric kettle). - Outdoor area with barbecue area and table for 6. The house, mattress, sofa and pillows are sterilized with a Rainbow device. Guest access Guests have access to the barbecue area, which is outside the house and garden. Other things to note I offer: Laundry service Babysitting (Fees not included) In the vicinity of the Água Verde neighborhood, in Blumenau, there are several interesting tourist attractions that are worth visiting: Vila Germânica: Known for hosting Oktoberfest, it is a space that houses cultural events and fairs, as well as having typical shops and restaurants. Museu da Cerveja: Located in the central region, the museum offers a rich history of beer production in Blumenau, as well as interactive exhibits. Ramiro Ruediger Park: A green space ideal for hiking, picnics and outdoor activities, with a lake, hiking trail and playground. Historic Center: The half-timbered architecture and squares, such as Praça Doutor Blumenau, are attractive for those who like history and photography. Catedral São Paulo Apóstolo: A beautiful church located in the center, known for its impressive architecture and stained glass. Here are some options for tourist attractions in the European Valley, which are closer to Blumenau and are great to visit: Pomerode: Known as the most German city in Brazil, Pomerode is about 30 km from Blumenau. It is famous for its half-timbered buildings, the Pomerode Zoo and the Pomerana Festival. Timbó: Approximately 25 km from Blumenau, Timbó has the Parque Jardim Botânico, which is a great space for hiking and leisure, as well as the Music Museum, which tells the history of music in the region. Rio dos Cedros: Located about 40 km away, it is a perfect place for those who like outdoor activities, such as hiking and kayaking, as well as having beautiful landscapes. The short railroads in Indaial: The city of Indaial, about 20 km away, has a railway museum and a beautiful nature walk along the old train line. Craft Breweries: The region is rich in craft breweries, with options in Pomerode, Timbó and Indaial. Many of them offer tours and tastings.
