On the shoreline- kayaking, swimming, floating water mat, paddle boating, fishing or just dinner by the water are always a choices at the tip of your toes. 5 large bedrooms- 4 king beds w/ Lake views & 1 room w/2 bunks and a queen pull-out w/ pool table. The Amphitheater and Illani Casino are amazingly close. Not a detail was missed in setting you up for the perfect waterfront vacation. The space This home was designed to host and yours for the perfect getaway. It boasts the largest dock on Horseshoe Lake. Each king bedroom is placed with a perfect waterfront view from the window. With an open concept greatroom and space for 16 guests, there is plenty of room to congregate together. A large upstairs playroom/5th bedrooms is a great space to let the kids branch off and play. No expense was spared, from our one touch Jura coffee pot, to our top of the line Furnishings, linens and decor. This isn't your typical Rental Property, this is our Vacation Home. We are happy to share it with you. Other things to note If you intend to have more than 16 guests or any friends over, this is not the rental home for you. Please know Airbnbs policy is at no time more than 16 guests are allowed. As much as I'd love to because I am a wedding planner, we cannot have micro weddings either...unless it's under 8 cars and 16 guests. Please note because of the neighborhood, this will be strictly enforced and non compliance a cause for immediate eviction. This is a liability for various reasons but especially the proximity to water and our ability to host. -Additional penalties will apply.
