Sea view of Svendborgsund

Very attractive modern wooden house in the middle of nature and close to the city. The garden faces directly into a green area with forest, lakes and beach. From the house there is a fantastic view of Svendborgsund, which can be enjoyed both inside and outside. There are about 30 m to a nice child-friendly sandy beach, right from the house there are mountain bike and walking trails to the forest and right next to the house the bike path runs to Svendborg city along the water (10 min by bike, 30 min on foot). In the garden there is a fireplace and trampoline. The space The home is from 2008 and has oak floors almost everywhere. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (160 cm wide). On the first floor, there are two rooms with double beds of 120 and 140 in width. If you want a crib, we have that too. In addition, there are two folding mattresses in the house. On the first floor there is a PlayStation and a large and solid table football game. There are beach toys, scooters (2 pcs), briotog, kupp, PlayStation, various board and puzzle games and other toys that can be used freely. Garden furniture, beach blankets and barbecue are available at the house. There's also a travel grill that can be brought to the beach. Guest access The house has some special parking conditions. The house is at the front of a cul-de-sac that slides into a bike path. Here you drive a little down the bike path and arrive at the house as no. 2 on the right hand. The house's plot is divided into two parts with a trampoline, fruit trees and garage on one side, and the house and view garden and terraces on the other side. You park next to the garage with the white gate on the left side of the road. There's only one parking space by the house. Other cars may park on the nearest road, which is 30 meters away. Other things to note The location is ideal for exploring the unique South Funen island sea. The idyllic island, Thurø, is within walking and cycling distance from the home (via bridge), and from Svendborg you can take day trips by ferry to wonderful Skarø and Drejø. You can also take a "mini-cruise" to Tåsinge and Thurø with the veteran ferry "Helge" from nearby Christiansminde. If you are kayakers, the area is also ideal. It is possible to rent bicycles (man, woman and two children's bicycles (mountain bikes) 24 inches - i.e. 8-12 years) and possibly bicycle trailer for two smaller children
