Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals! The space Our bin is located in a rural setting, the main floor boasts a full bath, kitchenette, and living area with a futon for relaxing or sleeping, the loft or second level is the bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. The grain bin faces the corral, behind the bin there is a modular house, we don’t live there but we do have tenants who do. You are welcome to roam around the property, as long as you don’t open any gates- the cows and horses definitely think the grass is greener! Guest access Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home while staying, and are welcome to use anything available at the house. They are also encouraged to contact us with any questions or special requests. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Other things to note Optional Add-On: Steak Night Kit (locally raised beef) We can pre-stock your fridge with everything for a grilled dinner: two steaks, potatoes, seasonal veggies, butter/seasonings, oil & foil, plus simple grill directions. Available at the Grain Bin and our guest houses. Please request 48 hrs in advance. After you confirm, we’ll add it via Airbnb’s Request Money. If by chance our house doesn't offer something you wish it would please contact us we would be happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
