Easy self check-in with Smart Lock. The complex charges an additional armband fee of $25/person, registration is required at the office upon arrival. This is NOT included in the rental amount and is required to be on property. Other things to note There is a blink camera at the front door entrance that covers your entry. No cameras in the house or common areas. Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. Parking is first come first serve. We do not have assigned parking however there is a carport for parking available right in front of/attached to the unit. **GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. **NO SMOKING ALLOWED. **NO PETS **NO GOLF CARTS OR GOLF CART RENTALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES FOR GUESTS I love Florida living and all that comes with it...even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay.
