Your family will be just a hop, skip, and a jump away from all the fun downtown has to offer - from the exciting Birmingham brand-new Coca-Cola amphitheater, Legacy Arena/BJCC, to Top Golf, the Uptown Entertainment District, and Birmingham Protective Stadium. Plus, our home is super convenient, only a short 10-20 minute drive to the airport, Amtrak train station, Greyhound bus station, and hospitals. The space Enjoy your stay by hanging out in the spacious basement, perfect for family bonding. Our home also features a sitting room for those that want to relax during their stay. Guest access Guest will be provided with a code for the digital keypad and lock box within 24-hours before check-in. Guest have access to all area of the house except the garage and the back deck. Other things to note For additional sense of security, guests will be given an individual code for the alarm system upon request. Ring doorbell and outdoor security cameras are activated 24/7. Upon arrival, familiarize yourself with the house layout the third bedroom is located in the basement. A guest book is available for additional information on your stay. We require all guests to be 21 years of age to book and no minors are to be left alone. Any damages amount will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBNB. Absolutely no local residential renters. You must live outside of a 60 miles radius from property. Guest that book the reservation must provide the host with a legal government photo ID. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. HOUSE RULES: Any violation of house rules will be reported to AirBnB and you will be asked to leave Please don’t lock bottom lock on the front wooden door. This would cause you possibly locking yourself out of the house. If that would happen you will be charged $40 for someone to let you back in. This goes the same if you lose or mistakenly forget to place the key back in the key box when you leave.
