The space This studio was recently renovated taking care of each detail to offer our guests a high-quality experience. It has a double bed, two side tables, and a Smart TV on one side and a sofa with two side tables on the other side. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a mini fridge, a coffee machine, pots, pans, and crockery. The bathroom is bright as it has a small window facing the street. We have AC and fast WiFi. Maximum capacity: two adults. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home. Other things to note - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please, do not make noise after 22:00 and do not smoke in the apartment. - For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
