On the ground floor you can access the living room with kitchen, an area with large and characteristic windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. Also on the ground floor is a small bathroom, a separate and quiet study/work room, convertible into a bedroom if necessary, and the laundry area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, with a shower. Other things to note The price until mid-September 2024 is lowered due to internal staircase renovation work, which, however, does not affect the use of the house in its full functionality.
