The layout is open plan with the kitchen, lounge and queen bed occupying the length of the main room, with a separated second single bedroom (no door separates the two. however is private). There is office space, walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with door closing, private bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has a full stove and utensils. Outside a gas bar-be-que is ready for use all year, with a private veranda and courtyard. A shared swimming pool and spa is available to guests. Guest access The cottage has a driveway leading to quest parking. This parking is not visible from the road, with locked gates at all times. The guest parking is close to the cottage, with well lit paths and easy access. Other things to note The listing price includes up to 3 guests. There is a queen bed and separate single bed.
