Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide Lysol cleaning wipes for guest use. Prior to guest arrival and upon guest departure we will be asking if anyone has experienced any flu/virus like symptoms so that we might take extra precautions in those cases. We ask that guests reschedule their visit if anyone has been sick up to 2 weeks before their arrival. Ok on to the good stuff... This property is a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms (plus sofa bed and daybed) / 2 baths downstairs (totally separate entrances). Super spacious units, both have fireplaces, skylights upstairs, balcony with BBQ and peek a boo ocean views upstairs! 2 car garage comes in handy in summer and spring when parking can be difficult. We do have fairly good free street parking in front of the house too and a paid parking lot that you can use overnight for free. Separate garage for bicycles and beach toys / laundry. The house is literally just a few steps to the sand (only 1 house between us and the sand). Everything you'll need for your stay including all of the linens, fully stocked kitchen (not food but all the stuff you'll need to make it), beach toys, bicycles and more! Everything is brand new in this house (windows, insulation, flooring, furniture, linens, etc..). The location can't be beat - just far enough from the craziness of the piers but, close enough to ride the provided bikes there! Just a few minutes to the north is Huntington Beach with the brand new Pacific City shopping and restaurants.
