Cozy getaway w/ hot tub + patio in Amish Co!

The Benton Guest Suite features a beautiful private patio with a hot tub and gas fire pit, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living area with a sofa bed and coffee/tea bar (no kitchen). No checkout to-do list! Just stay & relax. We are a 10 min. drive from Mt Hope, Millersburg, and Berlin. We share our drive with an Amish farm and because this is our family home, you may occasionally hear the kids playing or tractors driving by. We occupy mostly the top floor but always value your privacy & quiet. The space These 3 rooms and hallway are nestled in the east end of our bottom floor. The doorway to the rest of our living space is securely locked and can be secured on the guest side as well. The other half of our bottom floor is not our primary residence, so you shouldn’t hear much if anything from your suite. Also, please note the ceiling height throughout is approximately 7’! The patio is surrounded by two of our house walls and while our windows face the patio, we always keep the blinds drawn for your privacy. The patio, hot tub, and gas fire pit are for your use only. Please note: the hot tub is open year round but the fire pit and chairs will be out dependent on weather! Guest access Your stay includes exclusive access to a private driveway, private patio complete with gas fire pit and 4 Adirondack chairs (warm weather dependent), and a hot tub (year round), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living area with coffee bar. The rest of the yard is available by special request only. Other things to note The bedroom and living area both feature an air purifier with a dehumidifier in the hallway to keep the air feeling fresh. Blackout blinds, 100% cotton sheets, and a 4" mattress topper for the sofa bed will guarantee everyone a good nights sleep! Samsung smart TV’s in both the living area and bedroom. An alarm clock, two waffle robes, linen spray, lotion, and other amenities are provided to keep you comfortable away from home. Not all phone providers offer good coverage in our area. Verizon and AT&T users should be fine, but if you have another provider you may lose cell coverage (and possibly your navigation) as you get near.
