The fully equipped kitchen and its inviting dining area open onto the relaxing living room with an intimate fireplace, setting the stage for many memorable evenings. Free Parking: There is a half circle drive, large enough for multiple cars and trailer with boat/RV. Other things to note We are glad to host you! By booking, you agree that these rules are part of our rental agreement. ★ GENERAL GUIDELINES ★ Registered guests only — no extra visitors without prior approval. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). No parties or events. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home. Pets are not allowed. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for smoking/vaping, pets or excessive mess. ★ HOT TUB USE GUIDELINES ★ -For registered guests only. -Children under 5 are not allowed; minors must be supervised by an adult. -For health and safety reasons, please avoid use if you are pregnant, intoxicated, or have heart conditions or other medical concerns without consulting a physician. -No glass near the hot tub (plastic cups are provided). -Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries or health issues related to use.
