FEATURES: - Sleep 5: There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second room with a total of 3 beds (single twin and twin bunk beds). - Television in the main bedroom equipped with an adaptive cable to allow you to connect your phone using your own Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming service. - Fully appointed full size bath with toiletries - 2 Ton central A/C and heater OUTDOOR AMENITIES: - Oversized pavilion with multiple seating and dining areas - Outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove, Blackstone gas griddle, sink, small refrigerator, and charcoal BBQ grill. - Lighted seating areas - Hammocks and outdoor games - Covered patio adjacent to the barn equipped with a bar table with chairs, dining room set, refrigerator and sink. - Security cámaras are located at the main home viewing the parking area, the side and back of the main house Guest access La Estancia at RC Ranch guests will have access to a beautiful area around the cabin including the pavilion and varying seating areas. Access is prohibited to the interior of the barn as it is private property and all equipment and vehicles is restricted to renters. Other things to note Maximum overnight guests included in the rental: Five (5), there is an extra $40 fee per additional guest per day. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. Events: There are to be no events held on property. Small family gathering (less than 12 people) are permitted during the day only and those additional individuals are not allowed to camp or stay overnight.
