Tranquil 2-Bed Private Guest House

This is a cosy guest house located at the rear garden of our main home. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, diner & living room , shower/ WC & an outdoor patio area. It’s completely private with its own entrance. **Guest will need to walk through the hallway of our main home to access the guest house** We’re centrally located in Hounslow. We’re within walking distance to bus links, stations and various amenities. We’re also only 1.5 Miles away from Twickenham Stadium. The space We’ve created a zen living space for our guest to feel relaxed and enjoy. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a single bed. The guest house itself is a separate self contained unit located to the rear of the garden on premises of our main property, it has its own entrance and is completely private. However guest are required to use the shared main entrance at the front of the main house in order to gain access to the private Guest House. There is also a private patio area with outdoor seating for guest to enjoy. Other areas of the guest house comprise of a neat open plan kitchen with diner perfect for self catering requirements, a small living room with an additional small double futon (can be used as a 3rd bed for additional guests or children) & a walk in shower with WC. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE: There are pets on the premises. They are not in the guest house. The pets have their own separate private garden space at the rear and sometimes live in the main house which is located right at the front of the property. The pets are kept away inside or in their private garden space at the back and they live with the host completely separate to guests. *** You may encounter barking as you walk through the garden so please keep this in mind in advance before booking if this will be an issue. *** The guest house is located to the rear of the garden. Guests will be sharing the front entrance in the main house with the host in order to get to the guest house which is located at the rear garden. There is a small chance that the pets will go past the guests at the main door at the front of the house or hallway. The host will do their best to ensure this doesn’t happen. If you have any allergies please let us know so we can avoid contact. Guest access Guest will have access to the the entire guest house, the patio area as well as the side hallway from the main property which will allow access to the rear of the property to gain entry to the guest house. Other things to note We have provided guest with board games & TV to enjoy during their stay. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee & sugar upon check in only.
