Nestled in Southcott Pines just 290m to an all sand family friendly beach, Sundara Lakehouse offers the best of both worlds. Listen to the waves under a canopy of the Oak Savanna forest or walk about 10min to the hustle and bustle of the beach town's main strip, Sundara is an all year round getaway. Max 10 adults (as per STR regulations) sleeps 11. Must be 30 yrs+ to book & be a guest during the stay. Sundara is a place to unplug & unwind. It is quiet here, rowdy behaviors are not welcome. The space An abundance of natural light makes Sundara bright and airy. It's a great space for one, two or three of families to vacation together or a friends getaway. The main floor primary bedroom has a king bed with separate access to the Jack and Jill (full bath). Fully stocked kitchen with duo Keurig machine, dining table for 8 (you'll find extra chairs throughout Sundara), the great room has a gas fireplace, workstation, TV and room to play a board game on the coffee table, you'll find a few choices beneath. Upstairs has 3 bright bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a TV which can be used to connect a gaming system. Two twin beds in the finished portion of the basement with couch and TV (gaming system connection). Enjoy the hot tub and sauna, sit by the fire (inside or outside), walk to beach, ice skate or hike/bike/cross-country ski/snowshoe at the Pinery Provincial Park, Sundara also offers a winter retreat for couples and families. The outdoor shower is not accessible during the winter months (prevent pipes from freezing). Nature is Sundara's cold plunge. Snow angels in the backyard snow outside the sauna will do the trick. Sundara is: 9-10 minute drive to Pinery Provincial Park 4 min walk to South beach 10 min walk to start of main strip 19 min walk to Grand Bend main beach 6 min walk to marina 15 min walk to playground at Brewster Park Short drive to Dark Horse winery, breweries, theater, and golf. Various activities in the area to meet your families needs and for the summer adrenaline junkie. Guest access Self check-in with smart lock, guests choose their own 4 digit code prior to arrival. It is located at the side door up from the drive. No access to one side of basement and locked shed and outdoor shelter. 4 night minimum from July long weekend to end of August. 2 night minimum rest of year. Other things to note If you damage the home/property, you will be required to cover all costs. If Sundara is left in poor condition, host will seek additional cleaning costs. This includes but not limited to picking up cigarette butts (Sundara is a non-smoking property), dog feces, extra hot tub cleaning, overall dirty and poor condition in/out. Should damages occur, host reserves the right to seek cost to cover the damage. 10 adult guest limit. One pet allowed based on prior approval. Southcott Pines is a family oriented, tranquil and quiet. The integrity of the neighbourhood must be maintained.
