'Bourdeilles' 4* Gîte – Pool with panoramic view

15 minutes from the historic and tourist center of Brantôme and at the gates of the Périgord-Limousin Natural Park, we will be delighted to welcome you to our property in the heart of nature, surrounded by woods and meadows where everything has been designed for rest and relaxation. You will particularly appreciate the calm of the place, the different terraces and resting areas at your disposal according to your desires. Our territory has a rich architectural, historical, artisanal and culinary heritage! The space Please note: Rental ONLY from Saturday to Saturday in July and August Our gîte 'Bourdeilles' for 4 people is an old stone barn, completely renovated in 2020, 75 m2 - It is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation (February 2022), independent of the main house, comfortable and warm. Ground floor: 1 independent entrance, 1 separate toilet 1 living room with 1 open kitchen Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 160 x 200, the other with 2 beds 90 x 200), 1 bathroom with Italian shower - (see photos) The kitchen is well equipped: stove/oven, fridge/small freezer compartment, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, food processor and many other utensils... In the living room area: TV, mini Hi-Fi/radio, Blu-Ray/DVD player (more than 400 films available) many board games... The gîte has its own outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In the park are at your disposal: large 15 m x 5 m swimming pool with panoramic view, hammocks, petanque court, badminton/volleyball court, croquet, swings, ping-pong etc... Our rental is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility - It is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Private and covered parking available Access to the common laundry/boiler room where you will find a washing machine common to the 2 cottages - efficient and drying if needed. In addition to the fridge/freezer compartment in the gite, you will also have in the laundry room a freezer common to the 2 gites: each gite has its own compartment/drawer Guest access IMPORTANT!: The 6-hectare property is not fenced, children must be accompanied by their parents and are under their full responsibility during their stay, especially in the secure fenced pool area. Swimming is unsupervised. A liability waiver will be signed before the keys are handed over. The pool is open from May to the end of September and is guaranteed to be heated from June 1st only. The owner's agreement must be requested before third parties can access the cottage during the rental. Other things to note The 'Bourdeilles' gîte is adjacent to a second gîte: 'Brantôme' with a capacity of 5 people (with the same level of equipment), giving you the opportunity to come with 9 people (subject to its availability on the same dates). NB: For your comfort and peace of mind, the prices shown include linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and kitchen apron), beds made on arrival, and charges.
