The space The building is unique: a beautiful, red-brick, 125-year-old Lapinniemi cotton mill that has been renovated into a spa. Our apartment is tastefully decorated with stylish surfaces. The ground floor is 97 m2, and there's an additional 38 m2 loft. The ceiling height in the ground floor is up to 4.5 meters, with the lowest point in the loft being around 1.5 meters. The ground floor consists of a master bedroom, a bedroom/office, a living room, a kitchen, a sitting area, a sauna, a bathroom, 2 toilets, and an entrance hall. The second floor includes a third bedroom, a hallway, and 2 additional sleeping spaces with comfortable mattresses if needed. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, and we provide large and small towels, bathrobes, quality bedding, pillows, and blankets for everyone. We can set up a baby travel crib with bedding in the room of your choice. The lighting is versatile, allowing you to adjust it to your preferred ambiance. Three air heat pumps ensure comfortable living year-round. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi and a private sauna. If you wish, you can also reserve Lapinniemiloft for an extended period, for example, for remote work.
