The space Small cocooning and very functional studio of 27m2, welcoming and very bright by a glass window giving direct access to the terrace and the garden. The studio is equipped for 3 people, ideally for a couple with a child, this one does not allow privacy. This is a main room with a bed area offering a 140x190 sleeping area that opens onto the seating area,equipped with a sofa bed also convertible into 140x190. See photos☺️. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet Please note that towels are not provided. Extra charge to be requested when you book for an additional cost to be paid upon arrival Possibility of having a baby cot and a baby chair available on request, please let me know before your arrival. The studio offers access to a private garden of 800m2 not overlooked ☺️ equipped as follows: A terrace with lounge and garden table. A garden area equipped with sun loungers, sunbed,hammock and barbecue. Children's games trampoline, little house etc... Board games Outdoor darts are available. Great location for a peaceful romantic vacation😊 Guest access To facilitate your arrival, you can park your vehicle on your left in the yard, along the garages. Please make sure to leave access to the main entrance for any other vehicle in case of emergency☺️ Other things to note Just a reminder, the accommodation is non-smoking 🚭 No pets are allowed for the simple reason that the accommodation is not at all suitable for their needs. Possibility of providing a shelter for your bicycles, paramotor or others on request.
