Welcome to our lovely house, which is located about 4-500 meters from a child-friendly beach in the beautiful and sought-after Båring Ege. Here, it is “high to the sky and short to everything else.” The house was renovated for the most part of the ground floor in 2021-22 and the whole house appears bright and friendly with large windows overlooking a large natural area. The space The house is a brick house with a thatched roof of about 160 km2 divided into 2 floors. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall with access to a new bathroom and stairs to the 1st floor. The 1st floor consists of 3 large bedrooms with double beds, as well as a toilet. Bed dimensions: 1 of 170x200 and 2 of 180x210. Duvets and pillows with down filling. There are blackout curtains in 2 of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is access from the entrance to a very large living room with a wood-burning stove, a cozy corner and an open kitchen. From the living room, there is access to a bedroom with a private bathroom. Bed size here is 180x210. There is access to the terrace from 2 places in the living room. In the house, there is also a separate locked tool room containing, among other things, garden cushions, sunbeds, washing machine, extra freezer and refrigerator, as well as various tools and drying racks.
