An entire apartment at Hudson Quarter built in 2022, perfectly located within the York city walls. There is a free on site parking space for 1 car. The train station is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment. Tourist attractions, bars and restaurants are all just a 5-10 minute walk from the Hudson Quarter development. The space The apartment has been built and furnished to a high specification and is perfect for a short stay in York for couples, families, tourists and people staying in the city for work. The location is perfect! The apartment is located on the third floor with two elevators available to use for easy access. The apartment overlooks the communal garden. Living & Kitchen Area: A 65" smart TV loaded with Netflix and freeview channels for your entertainment. Free Wi-Fi and various board games are available. Cutlery, glasses, mugs, cups, pots and pans, and basic cooking equipment is provided. A Silestone Quartz dining island and worktops are fitted with chairs and stools. A toaster, blender, oven and induction hob are available to you. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The main bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite shower room, toilet, sink and heated towel radiator. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a separate full bathroom which has a shower over bath tub, toilet, sink and a heated towel radiator. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet rolls are provided for you. Parking: There is 1 car park space free to use for the duration of your stay between the check-in and checkout hours. The car park space is located underneath the block of apartments, with an electric gate for added security. Max vehicle height is 2.2 metres. Communal Garden: Outside is a spacious, well maintained communal garden to relax in. There are benches to work from, if you wish to. Tea & Coffee: Tea bags, coffee and sugar are provided along with a kettle. There is no coffee machine here. I do not provide milk, so please bring your own. Check-in & Checkout Times: Due to back-to-back bookings the following times must be strictly followed please… Check-in 3pm earliest. Checkout 10am latest. These times also apply to the car park space. Other things to note Once you have booked please message me your email address and let me know if you intend to arrive by car or train. I will then email you Instructions showing how to arrive by train or car, and how to get the keys from the key box.
