Walking / bike path from resort to downtown Osoyoos shopping area, restaurants, wineries and Rattlesnake Canyon . The space You have full use of the entire unit, covered deck plus use of the private beach. Living room has cable equipped TV. Strong wi-fi throughout the unit and on the deck. Fully equipped kitchen. Full size fridge with freezer. Large barbeque grill. Three piece bathroom, hot water tank is 10 gallon. There is a mister fan on the deck. One parking spot. Guest access Resort is a gated community. Beach is across the street from main resort entrance (short walk from unit). There are 3 steps from driveway level to deck. There is one more step from deck to unit. Other things to note Owner will normally be present for check in. Owner is not on site but is close by if any issues arise. House is 100% smoke free.
