You will be 7min walk to the ocean, 12min drive to the OC boardwalk, and far enough away from the street noise & nightlife to enjoy the serenity of star-gazing from the sunset bay-facing deck. My upper-level sunset-facing corner patio unit is conveniently located in front of the docks alongside the picturesque canal at the end of Assawoman Bay. Club Ocean Villas II is a waterfront gem in the heart of OC. The space Our exceptional blend of perks and amenities, including full kitchens and washer/dryer combos in each private villa, boat docks with assigned trailer parking, and whirlpool bathtubs in each Master bedroom, sets Club Ocean Villas II a cut above the others. Each of our units comes with its own private four-person hot tub (outside) which is housed behind a privacy fence to help you relax during your time with us. Guest access Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in to the property. Guests may use the indoor pool, tennis courts, racquet ball court, basketball court, and outdoor pool (seasonal- late May until late September). Other things to note The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed.
