A self contained large studio with private bathroom & a new pool. Studio is really near to Boyne River with a 2 minutes walk. A walking track & Lilley’s beach is next to the river. Boyne Tannum Hook Up show ground is also at Bray park including the boat ramp. It takes also a 3 minutes walk to supermarket, coffee shops, etc & 4 minutes drive to Tannum Sand. It’s perfect for couples who like to enjoy a relaxing holiday or business travellers who need a quiet stay. The space This studio is underneath the main house . Separate bathroom , separate entrance & a shared pool & backyard. Car parking at driveway. The studio has basic amenities: small kitchenette , small dining table & AC, TV, bathroom, etc and a lovely pool & a garden. Quick oats is offered with milk for brekky. Guest access Car parking is on driveway. The separate sink & table outside are for guests. Using swimming pool from 8am to 8pm. Shared washing machine & feel free to pick up any garden veggies & chook eggs if any. Other things to note We have an extra single mattress for a young kid & please inform us ahead. Pets/Party/ Big long Trucks are not allowed. No charge for cleaning fee. Service charge is added by Airbnb & goes directly to it. Send us a reservation review if staying over 7 nights. Thanks.
