Long or Short term! **** Please remove your shoes when you enter the condo, there is an over the door shoe organizer**** NO SHOES INSIDE Kitchen is equipped with anything you might need, although you might not be spending much time inside the condo we wanted to make it special and beautiful. Samsung Smart TV on the living room with Netflix, prime video, YouTube. Patio/balcony across the living room is available for use but there is no smoking allowed of any kind. Master bedroom with private bathroom has a beautiful headboard designed as a gold sunset. Comfortable queen bed with alternative pillows and microfiber linens. Blackout pull down curtain and small clothes hanger. Please note that the water pressure in the master shower is low. King size bed with alternative pillows in the second bedroom with a large wall closet. Amazing headboard/accent wall with LED lights for nice reading and decor. Pull down black out curtain also available inside this bedroom. Make sure to always lock the doors when entering and exiting the condo. For noise reduction inside the bedroom make sure to close all bedroom doors. Please feel free to use the beach towels and beach chairs to head out to a fun day at the Mamitas and Cocos beach.
