This property has its own private beach, a private on-site boat launch and parking for a boat trailer too. A fully furnished executive home including 3 luxurious bedrooms. Your rest and relaxation during your stay are important to us and therefore our guest rooms have been thoughtfully designed with a natural colour palette and premium bedding. There is an additional single sofa bed, a folding mattress and a pack-and-play crib. This cottage has plenty of beds for large families or multi- families to share. The home has a front screened-in porch as well as a large screened in ‘muskoka' room that offers panaromic views of the lake and the most beautiful sunsets! The sunroom opens to a deck complete with BBQ and a sitting area with fire table to enjoy the majestic outdoors and views of the Cape Breton highlands. Guest access The Little Narrows Lakeside retreat includes full access to the lakehouse. The main floor includes a large sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. A front porch, back sunroom and outdoor deck complete the space. The lower level has another bedroom and area with sofa bed, plus you'll have access to a second living space, fireplace area, games room & additional half bathroom. Ample parking space is available! (There is a locked utility room and maintenance closet under the stairs that are not accessible to guests.)
