Rosben is our 3 bedroom holiday cottage in Trevone. It’s a 2 min walk to the beach and a lively beach cafe and bar. The main beach is sandy and child friendly and there is a rocky beach with rock pools. there is also a natural swimming pool in the rocks . Trevone is right on the southwest coast path ( salt path!) and padstow is a ten minute drive away not a variable distance walk depending on route taken. The Pig at Harlyn is a 25 min walk along the coast path . The space we have a well equipped kitchen with everything you should need as we stay there ourselves. step out of the kitchen onto a beautiful new deck where you can enjoy eating outside or sharing an evening drink. Next to and leading off the kitchen is a snug with log burner , cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. The three bedrooms are downstairs leading off the hallway and upstairs is large sitting room with views across the village towards the sea. There is a bathroom with bath and handheld shower in the house and across the deck a shower room and second toilet . In this are too is a washing machine and second fridge There is superfast fibre BT broadband and large flatscreen TV. The garden is enclosed and the deck is a sun trap , perfect for enjoying a drink or meal in good weather . There are various beach chairs , toys and mats available for guests to use . Other things to note This is a pet free property unless assistance dog .
