Hyggee House is a brand new property perched by the side of a fishing lake surrounded by woodland in the heart of the North Wessex Downs. This is a real showstopper of a hideaway with beautiful natural cladding comparable to that of a luxury alpine lodge and striking floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that flaunt stunning lake views. Inside, interiors are modern and luxurious, with impressive light features, walls hung with expertly curated artwork and underfloor heating throughout. The space Entrance to the house is over an impressive wooden footbridge that leads into the entrance hall. This immediately opens onto an expansive open plan living space with sweeping views across the crystal clear lake. It's a fantastic space for entertaining, both practically and visually. One one side you have the sitting area centred around a statement log burner and dressed in cosy, cabin-chic furnishings. On the other side you have a beautifully crafted, high-spec kitchen featuring a kitchen island with counter seats. Then in the middle of the room you have a large dining table that sits right in front of the sliding glass doors which open up onto the wrap around terrace. For a quieter space to settle away from the main living area, there's also a separate snug. The Master Suite with its en-suite bathroom and copper roll-top bath sits on the first floor and then downstairs, you have the three remaining bedrooms (all still offering lake-side views due to the raised structure of the property).
