All areas of the apartment have all new modern furnishings, perfect for a work trip or a fun getaway. It's in the heart of the Paseo Arts district that has become a hot spot for art, food, shops and bars. A great spot to walk to dinner at one of our favorite places in the neighborhood. (Can accommodate up to 6) Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit, off street parking, their own in unit laundry and full kitchen. Other things to note The Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar and basic cooking utensils. Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. The unit is equipped with all new modern furniture and a memory foam mattress and central heat and air to keep you comfortable. Guest staying 7 days or more will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay. On occasion when we can allow guests to have an early check in we do charge by the hour. 2 pm check in is $10 1 pm check in is $20 *this must be paid up front before allowing early access and must be arranged and approved prior to the day of check-in. We do allow pets upon approval and charge a $25 pet fee per pet. If we have knowledge of a pet without being previously notified you will be charge a $100 fee no questions asked and any additional cost associated with. WE DO NOT ALLOW PHOTO SHOOTS OR PHOTO SESSIONS WITHOUT GETTING WRITTEN APPROVAL AS THIS IS NOT A STUDIO. IF WE SEE OR SUSPECT THIS IS GOING ON YOU WILL BE CHARGED A STUDIO RATE OF $500 ON TOP OF YOU RATE AND YOU’LL BE ASKED TO SHUT DOWN AND LEAVE.
