Relax by the lake while taking in the scenery from the expansive deck. Watch cranes and eagles fly around, kayak around the lake or go fishing. Or if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away in the Fall or Winter this is the spot! You can snowshoe, ice fish, or just watch the snow fall. Very cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with great kitchen, central AC and WiFi on private Tuscarora Lake. This house has a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and kayaks, canoes, show shoes and more. The space Upon arrival you get the beautiful views of the lake and as you walk to the front door you see the expansive deck overlooking the water and the sun high above warming everything. Walking in is the first rate kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meal and the living room for everyone to enjoy - both look out on to the lake. The two bedrooms are well fitted as is the bathroom. The finished, walk out basement includes a wet bar, additional gathering areas and beds along with the washer and dryer. The expansive, covered deck includes a patio table, fire pit and seating. The yard leads to the lake and is great for relaxing and catching the sun and scenery. There are two kayaks and a canoe for your use. Linens, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Guest access For maximum privacy the entire lakefront house is included in the rental and it has a front yard and a backyard leading to the lake so you, the kids or the dogs can play and rest. Check in is by way of self check in with a unique code. Other things to note The lakehouse is located 10 minutes from Cazenovia, 15 minutes from Morrisville, 25 minutes from Hamilton and Colgate University and 40 minutes from Syracuse.
