The apartment is ideally situated only 500 meters from the city center and the beautiful seaside promenade. Nearby you will also find the Novigrad marina and the charming fishermen’s bay, where every morning you can buy fresh seafood directly from local fishermen. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 + 1 guests in three bedrooms: - Two bedrooms with double beds - One bedroom with a bunk bed for three people plus one additional extra bed Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a comfortable living room furnished with modern and elegant furniture. The private garden features a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, greenery, and a fence that provides additional privacy. Right next to the grill “Grill King” there is a large outdoor dining table for up to 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends while overlooking the olive trees that stretch along the yard. The dining area remains pleasantly shaded throughout the day, allowing guests to choose between sunbathing by the pool or relaxing in the shade. For additional comfort, guests can relax on comfortable outdoor cushions next to the dining area with a TV, creating a perfect place to unwind in the evening. During the summer months the apartment remains naturally cool thanks to the surrounding shade, and although air conditioning is installed in every room, it is often not necessary. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxation. The apartment has two entrances: the main entrance through the building and a private entrance directly from the courtyard, ensuring maximum privacy for guests. Surrounded by beautiful nature and authentic local architecture, the town of Novigrad is a charming fishing destination known for its warm hospitality and excellent gastronomy. During your stay you can enjoy local wine, cheese, olive oil, honey, brandy, and the famous Istrian truffles.
