Belvedere Apartments are centrally located in a quiet street just a few minutes walk into downtown Wanaka - shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants and lakefront. Wanaka is a well renowned winter ski destination and the Belvedere is just a 30 minute drive to two of New Zealand's top alpine ski resorts - Cardrona and Treble Cone. In the summertime, swim in the lake, hike one of the many walks and take in the stunning views or bike one of the many tracks / trails on offer. The space The Premium Two Bedroom Apartment is located on Level two of the complex. The apartment features a master bedroom with a private balcony and King size bed, the second bedroom has twin Single beds. The apartment has a second large balcony off the living area, full kitchen and laundry facilities, gas fireplace, free Wi-Fi network and a second bathroom. This is a spacious option for up to four people and looks over the mountains and gardens. If your stay with us is 7 nights or more, you will receive a full mid-week service including a full linen change. Daily servicing is available at an extra cost. A fifth guest may be accommodated on a rollaway bed in the living area (please enquire directly with the property at the time of booking). Guest access Guests also have access to free Fibre networks, undercover parking, lift to all floors, guest saunas and storage facilities for your bikes and skis. Other things to note To book at Belvedere Apartments the Lead Guest must be 25 years or older. If there are multiple apartments in your booking, an adult of 25 years or older must stay in each apartment every night.
