Welcoming 1 bedroom suite @ The Red Brick Inn.

Unique experience @ The Red Brick Inn. Colonial style Inn with 2 unique suites in Swansboro NC. "The friendly city by the sea". The home & gardens were beautifully crafted and built using recycled brick from the original 1905 Pepsi bottling plant. Introducing the "Swansboro Room", featuring 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and cozy sitting area. There is full bath, kitchenette, and sleeps up to 3 people with a cot upon request. You'll start each morning with a delightful homemade breakfast. The space The house and gardens are beautifully crafted and built with high ceilings, crown molding, bold yet soft colors, antiques alongside contemporary furnishings for a luxurious yet modern feel. The Swansboro room is decorated with very cozy soft blues and plums with a sunny soft yellow ceiling and white crown molding. It has a queen size bed and a cot upon request. There is a TV, dresser, closet and a cozy comfortable seating area with a small table to read or chat at while enjoying your coffee or drink. The room is equipped with a Kitchenette that has a refrigerator, microwave, pour over coffee and tea maker, condiments for beverages, disposable plates and silverware. There is a nice size full bath with tub and shower with cotton Turkish towels provided. If you’ve never experienced cotten Turkish towels, you’ll fall in love and never want to use a terry towel again! This room is perfect for a couple or sister/friend, mother daughter get away. Tv tables, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer, and portable fans are in each room. Guest access You have use of the foyer, dining room, 1/2 bath down stairs. The living room is open to guests from 5-9 daily. Each room has a deadbolt lock with its own personal code that gets changed with each guest. The gardens are newly renovated with perennials, annuals and banana trees. Because of the recent renovation our plants may seem small this year, but with a newly added fountain, lights, courtyard seating and porch swing it is a beautiful place to sit and read or visit, eat and relax none the less. The courtyard, out door shower, grill and fire pit area can be accessed by entering through the picket fence in the back of the house. If you plan on using the grill please let the Inn Keepers know so they can be sure to provide grill utensils and any other needs for your meal. Beach chairs, Towels and beach accessories are available upon request. During your stay My husband and I live in the inn keepers suite of the house. We have a standard poodle who loves people. Her name is petunia and she is only allowed on the innkeepers side of the house. each room has a coded lock on it. Our Inn Keepers side is locked and secured but we are a phone call or text away. Other things to note We are Mike and Laure Miller, the Inn keepers who live on site in the Inn Keepers suite on the main level. We are available to help with whatever a guest would need, but also leave guests to their privacy and stay. Below is the information on breakfast. BREAKFAST: MONDAY -FRIDAY A home made continental breakfast will be in the dining room available from 8:30 am until 10:30am. (Unless requested earlier). There will be grab and go containers for those who would like to take their breakfast with them. This will Consist of homemade granola, yogurt, fresh fruit and berries, hard boiled eggs or breakfast sandwiches and a homemade baked item. SATURDAY- A self service hot breakfast buffet of usual farm fresh breakfast items (eggs, bacon or sausage, carb offering such as biscuits or pancakes or waffles or pastry, fresh seasonal fruit.) SUNDAY- A served breakfast in the dining room or living room of a set menu. Served at guest requested time between the hours of 8:30am - 10:30am.
