With two living rooms, multiple outdoor spaces, and a rooftop deck made for golden hour, the home is designed for easy connection and laid-back coastal living. Two separate living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) give everyone space to unwind, while the open layout makes it easy to reconnect throughout the day. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, and thoughtful flow support everything from casual meals to movie nights after the beach. **Where you’ll sleep - 3 King bedrooms - 1 Twin (2) bedroom - Sleeper sofas on both levels for additional flexibility Linens and pillows are provided so everyone can settle in comfortably. **Bathrooms - 2 full bathrooms (one on each level) - 1 powder room upstairs - Upstairs bathroom includes a jetted tub Fresh towels and essential bath amenities provided Please note: there is no outdoor hot tub at this property. **Outdoor space** Multiple outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy the coastal setting—from sunset evenings on the rooftop deck to relaxed meals on the private patio. Dogs must be clean and on flea control. Cats are not permitted. For families, a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and baby monitor are available upon request. Guest access Booking confirmation: After booking, you’ll receive a message to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement. Guest Portal: Once signed, you’ll receive access to your Guest Portal with check-in details, WiFi, local tips, and optional requests. Entry code: Your unique entry code is released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal. Early check-in: May be requested through the Guest Portal when available. Pet fee: $25 per dog, per stay. Payable through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store. Other things to note This is a dog-friendly home, and we provide thoughtful basics to make traveling with your pup easy. A $25 per dog fee applies. Dogs must be clean and on flea control.
