Great place for The space Our space is a large studio apartment (1 large room w/separate bathroom) with hardwood floors, Q. Bed and a Futon, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom..great for 2, a bit cozy for 4 (futon is best for kids : ). We heat/cool with a mini-split. We are in a lovely spot in the country, 1 1/2 miles from downtown Yellow Springs. We’re very close to hikes along the Little Miami River, Glen Helen Park, John Bryan State Park & Clifton Gorge. You can hike or bike to town if you'd like. No smoking please in the home. We’re 1/4 mile from the Little Miami River with trails up or downriver..near the covered bridge and Grinnell Mill too. Guest access Full use of the loft-studio space and kitchenette...cooking gear and dishes provided..you may use the washer/dryer if you are need it/soap provided. Walk around our pond & view the native flowers in the fields..see & hear a large variety of birds & wildlife. Other things to note Plenty of choices for fine dining or a quick snack in Yellow Springs or bring back food from Toms' grocery and cook it up. Get take-out or enjoy many different restaurants in town! You have your own gravel drive to the bnb & parking next to it on drive, by our back field. The Bnb is on the top floor, up 1 flight of stairs. If it is quite snowy or muddy, please contact us to park in our driveway on Grinnell Rd or you can park in the airbnb drive entry.
