M’s Place - Cozy home in The Shoals

Welcome to M’s Place! Backyard is fully fenced. Pets MUST be approved PRIOR to booking! ($75 non-refundable fee PER dog; two dogs max.) Guitar, piano & board games available. WIFI provided. NO cable; smart tv allows streaming services. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, UNA, recording studios, Wilson Lake & North Alabama Medical Center. NO SMOKING OR VAPING indoors! ($250 cleaning fee if cleaner finds the house has been smoked in.) NO parties or events! At least one person 25 years or older. The space Guests have access to primary bedroom with KING bed and attached full bath with shower. Secondary bedroom offers QUEEN size bed and large closet. The hall bathroom has a combination tub/shower. Recently renovated home offers lots of seating in living room and den. Hardwood floors throughout home; tile in bathrooms. Large kitchen with spices, pots and pans, blender, Keurig coffee maker and dishes. The laundry room is available for guest use. Two carport spaces are available for covered parking. Electric outlet on carport makes charging boats a breeze. Approximately five minutes from public boat access. Five miles to North Alabama Medical Center. The large backyard is fully fenced and offers a relaxing space for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. Self check-in with code provided at confirmation of booking. Flexible scheduling and long-term rental available. Home has NO child-proofing features, NO crib or toys. Must approve pets PRIOR to booking. Guest access Guests will not share the property with others during their stay. Guests have use of two bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, den, kitchen and laundry room. In the backyard, guests have access to the patio and grill. There are two outbuildings on the property that are NOT for guest use or access. This is my personal home, so please be understanding and considerate of this. I am happy to share my home when I can’t be there and hope you enjoy your time in The Shoals!!! Other things to note This is my personal home but bedroom closets are empty for guest use. Empty drawers are available for guest use. This is a residential area. No loud music or parties! Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Absolutely, no smoking or vaping indoors. No marijuana. All pets must be approved PRIOR to booking; a pet fee of $75 per pet. Extended stays available; discount applied when booking. Vacuum, broom and Swiffer are located in the coat closet in front living room. Cleaning products are available under kitchen cabinet and linen closet in hall bath.
